At Bayer, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Bayer Consumer Health product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Bayer 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The Guarantee is also limited to the original end-user purchaser. For a full list of the Bayer Consumer Health products covered by the Guarantee, please see Exhibit A.
How To Claim The Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact one of our consumer engagement professionals through our brand websites to provide information regarding where and when you purchased your product and the reasons why you were dissatisfied with the product. In order to process your refund, Bayer will request a receipt as proof of product purchase showing the retailer from whom you purchased the product and the date purchased.
You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Bayer reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Bayer concludes that the consumer has abused the Guarantee. Bayer may amend or terminate the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy at any time without notice.
